Welcome to MPT Hanuwantiya Resort, one of the most scenic lake-side resorts in Madhya Pradesh. By confirming a booking or staying at the resort, guests agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-managed experience for all visitors at Hanuwantiya Island.
1. Reservation & Booking Confirmation
All bookings at MPT Hanuwantiya Resort are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort management. A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving valid guest details and advance payment as per policy. The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in exceptional circumstances.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must adhere to scheduled timings to ensure smooth operations.
3. Payment Terms
Full or partial advance payment may be required at the time of booking. Remaining payments, if any, must be cleared before check-in or as directed by the resort. Tariffs and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation rules vary depending on season, booking type, and promotional offers. Refund eligibility will be processed as per resort policy and applicable cancellation window. No refund is applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
5. Guest Identification Requirement
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) at the time of check-in. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of accommodation.
6. Guest Conduct & Property Rules
Guests are expected to maintain proper behavior and respect resort property. Any damage caused to rooms, furniture, or facilities will be chargeable to the guest. Illegal activities, disturbance, or misuse of resort premises is strictly prohibited.
7. Resort Policies
Outside food and beverages may be restricted inside the resort premises. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved by management. The resort reserves the right of admission.
8. Liability Disclaimer
MPT Hanuwantiya Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to use in-room security facilities where available.
9. Safety & Management Rights
The resort management reserves the right to take necessary action in case of policy violations. In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, bookings may be rescheduled or modified.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh.
